Question Snmp - 05-06-2008, 07:24 AM

Im not able to obtain the SRP status and BES licences via SNMP. I configured ecerything well, but changed the SNMP object like this ( BLACKBERRYSERVER-MIB SNMP MIB ).

Its DISCONNECTED and no licences shown. At the BES Manager there is everything running well, SRP Status: Connected, as well the SRP test via the BBSRPtest.exe file was successful.

Any ideas?

THX

I have only been able to get the snmp stuff to work if phpberrystats is being run on a linux server (I use gentoo here at work). If you are running yours on windows then I don't think it is going to work.

Now that BES 4.1.5 has been released.. and you can look up practically anything the typical stat site has, what does this offer that you cant get directly below the user list?

Your lack of planning is not my emergency.

Hello

Will you send me a copy of your files. I'm wanting to create a self service page also to allow users to set EA passcodes, device passcodes etc.

Thanks...

You can use the Web Desktop Manager for this, dude.

Sorry for the newbie question, but how do I go about installing this properly on my server? I've created a new site in IIS, setup dns redirect, configured the config file, but get a page cannot be displayed when i browse to index.php.

EDIT: NM, stupidity on my part, forgot to install PHP5. Now getting an unformatted page similar to what AndyT_uk posted on page 2. Andy, what DLL were you missing in the sys32 folder?

See if that does it for you.
