Default Exchange 5.5 recipients dont sync

Hello

Im new with blackberry and dont flame me if my question is too dumb..

I have BES 4.1.0.38 and Exchange 5.5 SP/4, 8 units 8700 and 2 units pearl in my company, the problem is my mobile devices dont sync the recipients list (the company email address list) just the personal contacts, everything else is ok

Best regards for any advice

This is normal. The Outlook contacts will sync wirelessly by design, the GAL works on a lookup feature. In the body of an email type part of the recepients name in the To field, click the trackwheel and click 'lookup'. This will search the GAL and present a list of options based on your search criteria.

Many people have asked if it's possible to just push the GAL to the device, but it's more effecient to look it up as it ensures the info is always up to date - on the basis you keep the GAL up to date of course!!!!
