Yes, devices are 4.0 and above

Yes, exactly, that's why I'm posting because it's happening. Strangely enough the new SRP is sent to device, and the device can even receive email, but can't send. I called T-Support intially, but they were of no help. The only solutio I have found is either to re-activate, or move them back to another server then move them again to new BES server. The strange here is if you are familiar with moving BES accounts, until the mailbox re-scan is completed after the move if you look at user stats (bes 4.0 here on exchange), it will show server A, B running until the mailbox scan is complete. The strange thing here is it will show server A, A runnig very weird.
