Email is sent to Blackberry devices in 2KB 'chunks' when you get to the 'more available', you've hit the 2KB....you can select 'More' to get another 2KB, or 'More All' to get the rest of the email. The 'More' you pull down, the more data you use (but 2KB is such a small amount....it's opening attachments that pull down a lot more data).

You can also change that setting in the options menu.

In "Messages", open the menu, go to the "Options" -> "General options"

Scroll down, look for "Auto More".
