Unhappy Change DNS causes error in BES

I have a problem with a customer. They had an Exchange+DNS+AD server and wanted to change their Exchange+AD. Not knowing what should be done, we made a new installation of BES from scratch. Until yesterday, they where using the New Exhange as Mail server and the old one as DNS server (i don't know why, that is how they wanted it). All of a sudden today they decided to change DNS. Now all devices can receive email messages but cannot send any. They disconnected from the network the old DNS and set as new DNS the new Exchange Server. Now when i try ot open Blackberry manager, i get the message "Cannot connect to database". Does anyone knows what changes do i have to make to BES to work with the new DNS without setting up from the beggining? I've changed, from Windows network properties the DNS field, but still nothing.
