Default Error in BES with add user

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
I have problem with add new users to the BES. Please help me. See supplement... This email is valid and exist.

Is the user's mailbox on another Exchange server? I think that's the same error I get if I try to add a user to my BES in Michigan and their mailbox is on the Exchange server in Calgary (for example).

make sure the account hasn't been disabled...

no, this mailbox is in the same exchange. but this mailbox has been first time delete from BES before week and today again added. I have problem with ent. activation so am delete mailbox before week.
