Default BES Small Busines edition all of a sudden not working

Please Login to Remove!

I am running a windows 2003 server and a windows 2003 exchange server will all recent updates and patches. I am running BES 4.0.0116 version.

I am using the Small Business Edition. I am the only users on the BES server and all of a sudden my BB isn't working at all.

Where do I find hotfixes for the small business edition and does anyone have a idea of what might have gone wrong.

All version of cdo and mapi32 are the same on exchange and bes server.

Let me know.

have you closed firewall port 3101

is there a coverage issue with your device - does it show GPRS or EDGE in upper case in the top right..

what happens when you start BB mgr?

is nothing at/all going to from the BB device? or just some stuff.

are you sure your network hasn't barred you for unpaid invoices?

Hotfixes/Service packs can be downloaded from the RIM website. SBE is the same as full BES apart from the license caps..you should go to 4.0.7 as thats the latest SP for the 4.0 branch. There is now a 4.1 branch but this is usually a chargeable upgrade..

Default nothing is going to the bb

have a 7250 reburb that I am trying to active now, but giving me grief.

The bb mgr runs fine. My network hasn't barred me from unpaid invoices!!!
