I creat some folder and subfolder in my exchange server. Dos BES or BES express support syn all the folder in exchange to BB or just syn the default folder(inbox,contact..). Thanks.

If you mean additional mail folders, you can choose to sync additional folders through the Messages application on the BlackBerry:

Messages -> Options -> Email Settings

Click on more time and you will see a Folder Redirection option. You can choose additional folders from this screen.

There is also the option to choose additional folders from BlackBerry Manager in the Service Access tasks of a user.
