BlackBerry Handheld Configuration Tool
 

We have a client using BES 4.1 with Exchange 2003 any ideas where in the BES can i fing the BlackBerry Handheld Configuration Tool??

In BES 4.1 for Exchange the BlackBerry Handheld Configuration Tool is integrated in the BlackBerry Manager.
There is a tab Software Configurations and under local ports you can see all connected devices. If you would like to assign a device, just go to the user and then device management, choose Assign Device.

i cannot see anything under local ports but there is a software config tab under bb domain is it the same thing?This is basically for a third party software e-office...

I really don't know this stuff, but are you sure you have sufficient rights to do this?
