Default Invalid SRP Key or Code

Please Login to Remove!

I just installed BES 4.1.3.18 for Exchange

I have the Exchange system manager tools installed on this server.

The problem is that it says Invalid SRP Key or Code when I go validate the Key. This is not a trial license.

When I test the network connection to srp.us.blackberry.net it returns successful.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

If you have TSupport contract try to call RIM if it is not blocked.

I have been looking for a Tech support # for RIM, and the only one I could find is a pay per issue, or if you have support contract with them. Do they not include any sort of free support for install issues?

You would have to go thru your carrier and if they can't help you, they would patch you thru to RIM.

hi

it could be that the srp key you are trying is linked to another rim domain ie srp.uk.blackberry.net etc.

i had a smiliar problem i installed a new BES and set it to srp.uk.blackberry.net, when ever i was putting the srp info it would not accept it and would default to the temp key. i later found out the old server was set on the srp.us.blackberry.net and therfore i had to set the new server to this which i did and it accepted the key.
