Dispatcher service not starting

Hi,
I have the BES (version 4) installed with everything running on the one computer. My problem is that the Blackberry Dispatcher service won't start at all. I've found I can run the BlackberryDispatcher.exe file and it will connect to the SRP for about ten seconds then disconnect. The logs say that the dispatcher can't access the database. I'm a newbie at this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
