Default BES User Admin Service

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys, I'm trying to install the BES User Admin Service and am stumped on one part.

The Mapi Profile Name.

I know if you install outlook, the default profile name is Outlook, but How can you tell if you dont have outlook installed?

The MAPI profile name was set up when the BES was set up.... if you set it to 'Outlook' then use that.

Outlook shouldn't be installed on the BES, just the tools.
No longer a BES Admin, but it was fun while it lasted!

Quickest way is to run handheldcleanup.exe . First thing you will see is the name of the profile. Usually it is: BlackBerryManager or something like that.
