I recently logged into my BES server to change a users phone to a new one. The user was able to run through enterprise activation by connecting over his usb and using his key store password. Emails are delivered just fine, but the user cannot reply to them, although he could send out a new email to the same person. When I checked the manager log I found the following errors:

Then I noticed that even though everyone else's bb's were working fine the user screen shows them as all being last updated in April.

Anyone have any ideas?
