I need to physically move a BES from one site to another. Am I likely to run into any issues with changing it's IP address and subnet, other than ensuring that it still has a route out and the correct ports are open ?

If all the BB components are install on the same server then you should not have any issue.

if the NetBios hostname is not changed, should be no major issues. Just make sure that the BES hostname is resolvable and translate to the new IP address.
