We're running BES 4.1.3 for Lotus Notes. BESMgmt is on a separate SQL2005 server. A few times a day I see the following error message on the Notes console, but apparently nothing bad seems to come out of it. Does anyone know why it's showing up and what to do to stop it?

Simply translate to => Your BES was not able to have a connection to the remote SQL server during this time - [20000] (05/31 14:57:35.424).

Check if there was network issue or SQL server problem during the above time.

Yes, of course you are right in that it is a SQL connection problem. I should have mentioned that I knew that, BUT...
a) the SQL server itself does not show any errors at all
AND very curiously
b) the message ALWAYS comes up for "update UserStats set ...". It would seem to me that if it was a random connection problem, the complain would show for other commands, but it is ONLY for "update UserStats".
It shows up between 5-10 times an hour.
