Default Communicator Server 2005 and Blackberrys

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to set up our blackberrys to work with our communications server. I have deployed it to my blackberry remotely however, I am unable to figure out how to log in. It keeps saying please contact your system administrator to enable this service. I am the administrator but can not figure this out. I have tried just my sign in name. Then sign in name and user name. then sign in name, user name and password, all being the ones from my domain and always see please enable this service. what more do I need to do to set this up. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Adam
