This is pretty simple.
Just open Blackberry Manager, highlight your BES server on the left, and choose 'Add Users' from the tasks menu.

You can then select multiple users to be added to BES.

Well that I know, the trick here is that I have 5000 that I have to add and adding and looking for users might get tedious, If i have an spread sheet is there a way ican import this.

Try the resource kit, I believe there is a command line tool for adding users in bulk. May need some scripting but if you got 5000 well a little scripting aint that bad compared to the alternative!

Default Add 5000 users

mahowrd is right, The Resource kit is the way to go.

I don't recommend 5000 users on one server, that could be fun (for about 5 hours).

I've used it to do batches of 300 over a weekend, works well.
