I installed BES express for exchange 2007. When I assign device to user. There is a error message(attachment). It seems I should wait several minutes for a newly added user. But I add the user two days ago. It must something wrong. What else should I do. Thanks.

The error says that the user is not on an agent yet. If this is a new install i will bet it is a permissions related error. I would check the app log to see if the message agent is starting up or if it is failing with an MAPI error code. I will guess 8004011d or 80040111.

A switch service account should fix it, but make sure the permissions are set correctly.
