Default BES SRP error

Please Login to Remove!

We have a network setup with multiple Blackberry servers with a central server communicating with the outside world. Our server goes through this central server and we are getting this error

SRPClient::Connect: Error calling host "BES"
[IP](0)

for security I removed the name and replaced with BES and replace the actual IP with IP. Everything I found says it's a firewall/port issue. Anyone have any insight? Our BES admin has no clue and is to "busy" to look into it.

Default

Thanks, I had actually already read that and checked. According to our "Network Engineers" there are no problems between the servers. Not sure how reliable that is however. They didn't check other then a ping I believe.

Default Resolved?????? But how

Logged in this morning after no results on anything I tried and the server had come back online in the early morning time. No one should have been on the server and I can't find any indication that anything was changed. I am waiting for a reply back from our Network Engineers regarding the situation, but haven't a clue. Anyone have any ideas?
