Hey everyone, new to the forums, looking for some help.
One of our users has discovered that they cannot send meeting requests from their blackberries. upon further testing, I've found that all of our blackberries are affected. I'm not sure when this started, but I know it's been going on since at least Friday(5 days before someone decided to let the IT department know
Now, the messages aren't even getting through to the outlook inbox. the wonderful red "x" shows up on the device.
I'm not quite sure what is going on with it, any help would be appreciated.
BES 4.1/Exchange 2007 is what we are running.
