I've got the MDS Simulator and a simulated 8703e running fine, I can get to google, etc, but what I'd like to do is activate the 8703e over the air(wire?) so it will apply the IT Policies etc. This will be for application development without having to use a real BB device.

When I try it, it just sits at the Activating screen, and I see no data being logged in the MDS Simulator window. It's like it doesn't even really try.

I found this page (How can I test if BES is working, without a Blackberry device?) but that refers to activating with desktop manager, and I need to do it OTA.

Is this possible? Thanks!
