Default Unable to Send from the Blackberry (can do everything else)

We are currently testing a BES with Exchange 2003. We have installed the BES with default security policy. We've added the BES admin account with appropriate permissions on Exchange and in our AD. On the devices (8830 and 8703e) with our BES account we are able to receive new email, calendar/contacts/tasks sync correctly, and we can send meeting requests, however, whenever we send emails from the device, they fail with "Desktop email program unable to submit message." Thanks

Also, double check to make sure that your send as permissions haven't been revoked.
