I have BES 4.1 and GroupWise client 6.5.7. I would like to know exactly what I need to be able to download applications, like Google Maps, to our BlackBerry devices through the BES. I have dug around the "Software Configuration" tab a little, but have zero experience. Please let me know! Thanks in advance.

Do you want the ability for people to download apps or to push apps to their devices?

To download you just need to have your IT Policy not Disallow 3rd Party downloads and have a properly functioning MDS Proxy ... e.g. have a working BlackBerry Browser or properly functioning Internet / Carrier Browser.

If you're looking to push apps, then you can muck around with Software Configuration...
