Default Quick question about restoring mail

Please Login to Remove!

We've had a major outgage at a minor site and we've had to recover a exchange mail store from earlier in the week without the transaction logs. My question is this: As peoples mail boxes are effectively rolled back to an earlier date, if they now allowed to connect their blackberrys will the message content on the device be rolled back to mirror the old mailbox or will the newer messages on the devices be retained?

Thanks in advance!

Default

I've never had this happen / tried it before, but I would think it would react much like a hard delete. The BB would still have the message stub (all 2k that was sent to it), but more functionality would not work ...
