Default Temporarily disabling a device's access

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

Is there way to temporarily disable person from syncing with BES without deleting them from the users lists? Ideally we would like to "turn them on" again remotely with no iteraction from the user although this is proably asking a lot! Could this be done with a policy?

You can disable redirection to the device ... but that won't prevent the user from sending messages. To do that you could remotely set a password and lock the device, but then you need user interaction. sorry.

right click on a user (4.0.x or 4.1.3 or above) and select 'disable redirection'.

We've turned off wireless reconciliation for mail on calendar via a policy and this seems to have worked.

Thanks for the replies.
