Hi all,

We are about to migrate from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2007 and we don't really know what to do with the BES Server. We want to keep the BB support for all the users but we don't know if any action is needed.

Does anybody have any experience doing this? And the recommended steps to move all the configuration DB and users from the old to the new BES server guessing a new one is needed.

You'll need to reactivate all of the handhelds ... there is no Domino to Exchange migration path that doesn't have this user impact.

Remove all of the users from the Domino BES, remove the Domino BES, install in Exchange environment (better yet, wipe the whole server and then install), add users back to Exchange BES with Exchange mailboxes.
