Default Folder Redirection: Jarbled/Odd Characters when displaying Folders on Handheld

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone ever had this problem yet?

We just moved to BES v4.1.2 Hotfix 3. EVERY user seems to have this problem with regards to Folder Redirection.

On the handheld, I click on Messages, Options, Email Settings, Folder Redirection... Under Desktop is a random alphanumeric character representing the parent/root folder of my Desktop Mailbox. Within this is all my GroupWise folders available for viewing.

What I want to know is why this is being displayed like this? The alphanumeric character is random and different for each and every user on the BES. Is this a cosmetic flaw or known issue with BES v4.1.2 Hotfix 3?

For example... on my handheld the character is "X7i"

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
