Default Missing Emails

I have a user who is currently using a VZW 7250, but hiss messages are not staying on his device. For some reason they are disappearing almost as fast as they come in. I'm not sure if this is Device related, or BES related. I have never seen a device not keep messages longer than 2hrs.

Are they being deleted from his corporate e-mail box as well, or just the BlackBerry? (Exchange? Domino? Groupwise?)

No, no deletion of his inbox.. this is for Exchange, BES4.1.2. These are just deleting off the berry.

Exclamation

I just checked on the BES an it appears that the user has 0KB left on the device for available memory. Is there way to see what application is using up all his available memory?

perhaps his device is running out of memory ... have you had him try wiping the device and reactivating?

I wouldn't say frequently, but if the device has a bunch of applications and mail messages will be the first things wiped ...
