Hi,

Is it possible to view the mobile number of the blackberrys added to the Blackberry manager? There does not seem to be an option in "add/remove columns..."

Thanks,

Rob.

The handheld configuration manager for 4.0 will give them to you ... if you upgrade to 4.1 you get the phone numbers in the BES Mgr.

No. 4.1 is entirely different than 4.0. 4.1 gives you the phone number in the user stat area (below user list) I can't remember where it is in 4.0 - its been a long time since I've seen it and we were only on 4.0 for about 6 months.

I have 57 handhelds on this server. The BB OS ranges from 4.0.0.188, to 4.2.1.90.

Did these devices EA or did you upgrade the server from 3.x?
