Default BES All Emails didn't come down to device

Please Login to Remove!

Just switched to a 8830 and just realized only about three days of my emails came through. Setting somewhere to show and sync all emails? I've done this numerous times and thought it was standard to bring all my Outlook emails to the device.

Let me know what I am missing BES experts.

Thanks
SGM

Default

By default Enterprise Activation only pushes down 5 days or 200 messages whichever comes first.
