Something like "ConstructPIMFolder - Failed to open the memo folder for user" perhaps? If so, that sounds similar to the problem that I saw previously. We fixed it by running Outlook with the /resetfolders option.
If you google for "resetfolders" you'll get plenty of hits, including caveats to check for before running it (such as making sure that the user is connected to the server at the time).
