I have run into a strange issue. In the company i Work for we have some users using OUtlook 2007 in cached mode. Those users that have blackberries also are seeing duplicate messages in their mailboxes. One message will show in the Inbox and the other will show in the conflicts folder under sync issues. That message only appears once the BES has forwarded the message to the handheld. I have called T-Support and they said call Microsoft but there has to be something else to it. Has anyone else run into this? My BES server is 4.1.3.

I know that previos versions of Outlook in cached mode had problem like that. If possible, try use Outlook without cached mode and see if that helps. But in my case I was getting just duplicates in the HH not in Outlook.
