Question Can't move a user from one best to another one

Please Login to Remove!
Whne dragging a user from one bes to another bes it wont move, I also try to hi-lite the user and go to prperties an try to move it from there and still wont move, any ideas?

Raise the debug log level for the BlackBerry Manager to "4" under the BB Config Panel and try again. Take a look at the latest MNGR log. This should give you some clues.

No error message at all it just doesnt move

have you checked the users mailbox acl if the other BES server is in there?
