| Red X - Check DISP for "BBR Authentication failed" log entries Please Login to Remove! We have been seeing these for some newly activated devices, after a few hours or a day they cannot send, get the red X. The DISP logs show the following lines:
[40700] (06/19 09:50:58.312):{0x1634} {USER} Receiving packet from device, size=183, TransactionId=-2109009871, Tag=5097064, content type=BBR, cmd=0x3
[30378] (06/19 09:50:58.312):{0x1634} {USER} BBR Auth: Received PROOF_DEV_CHALLENGE_BES command, session=-1680789401, size=147
[20590] (06/19 09:50:58.328):{0x1634} {} BBR Authentication failed! Error=1
A reactivation seems to solve it, but wondering if others are seeing this and why it keeps happening? Is the encryption key messed up, if so what can I do to prevent this?
Will be talking to TSupport but thought I would also put this out there.
