I noticed many entries relating to the same issue we had with blackBerry and Exchange Calendaring not playing together properly - worked one way only.
Depending on how you installed BlackBerry Enterprise Server and any updates, you may have a serious, yet simple to resolve registry issue.
First log into the exchange server as the "besadmin" account (whatever you used to install with) and verify all the exchange permissions are correct and the besadmin has local admin access (NOT domain admin).
Then, open regedit and verify that under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles" you have the appropriate entries - Some CDO entries, Blackberry Manager, Blackberry server...
If they don't exist, make a backup of "profiles", then delete profiles and reconfigure again - By clicking Start, All Programs, Blackberry Enterprise Server, and then select "Edit MAPI file".
All you need do is enter the server name, and the account you installed Blackberry Enterprise Server under.
Then restart all blackberry services.
