I have a BESx and a Exchange.. I have the following problems... can anyone give me some pointers?

1) When I activated my phone, I did get all the folders from my outlook; however, None of the emails in thos folders are there. Also I did not get all the emails I had... only ones couple day older from the activation date.. Any pointers?

2) When I apoint a Task, and select the reminder.. I get the reminder both in my outlook and BlackBerry. For example... I get a reminder in the blackberry and I dimiss it... when I get to the office I get the reminder again in my outlook...

When you activate a device it grabs the last couple of hundred emails from the exchange mail store (inbox only). This is why subfolders have appeared on your device but have not been populated with content. Anything filed from now onwards will appear in your BB inbox subfolders.

Tasks sinc, but at present the snoozing or dismissing of them does not.
