Default Can't get "More" from sent emails

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys,

I've just activated my 8700 OS 4.2.1.96 on BES (I was previously using 7130). When I try to click on "More" on a sent email (originally sent from Outlook) on my BB, it says the following.

"More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found."

I've already resend Service Book from BES 4.1.2, but it's still showing the same message. I've tried re-activating but it didn't make a difference.

What else can I do to fix this? Thanks.

Delete the service books from the device, do a re-reg from the Host Routing Table and then resend the service books again.

Thanks for the quick response. I deleted all service book, re-reg host table and resend service books like you suggested but it still says the same thing.

I notice other weird things as well like emails aren't moved to the correct folder with "Hide File Messages" enabled. BB doesn't vibrate when receiving new emails even with both in & out of holster set to enabled in the correct profile.

Something weird is going on for sure.

I did a handheld wipe from the BB and re-activated. Everything seems to be OK now.
