Default How would it work ?

we have the following setup and Iam trying to workout how this whole setup works and would appreciate your assistance.

running BES 3.6 and Exchange 5.5.
The BES server is located in UK and serves UK users, however, the Tokyo (TOK) Exchange site (TK) has also users enabled on it. Now how exactly would it work ? correct me If Iam wrong.

.... message for a user based on the TOK Site, comes in at London (Site UK) as the MX records for the domain are pointing here, the message is then rerouted to TOK Site (exchange server TK) via the X400 connector and 2MB link into and out of the cloud at both ends. When the TK store receives the message for this user it is filtered and is forwarded back via the 2MB link back into the cloud and onto the BES server which is on the other side of the cloud. The BES server then looks at the redirection settings and sends out to the internet the message, which is redirected via the net to the wireless device

would this correct ?
