Huh?
Release Notes
Hotfix = single / few / small bug fixes
Maintenance Release = a few larger bugs
Service Pack = bug fix and new features
Sound right?
Like WTF, something else new to confuse people ... or am I way out in left field here ... kinda like Manny under the Green Monster?!?!

Dont forget the "a"'s!!! You know... SP2a... when a service pack is super screwed up and they yank it back and give you an "a" the next week? ;)

Because the product is inferior and no one uses any features that are inherently broken?
Let the tennis match begin!
