Default 4.1.3 to 4.1.4 upgrade - db upgrade failed

Please Login to Remove!

Last night I started the upgrade and it froze up in the middle (I let it run all night, I wasn't just being impatient). I killed it this morning and started over, but now I get a 'db upgrade failed. error executing an sql statement' error. I restored from yesterday's tape, but I still get that error. Am I screwed here?

I got back to 4.1.3 by uninstalling/deleting data, then reinstalling back up to 4.1.3 and restoring from tape. Having trouble getting MDS to work but everything else is working ok. I'm on vacation, I never should have touched this server! :D

Like I said, I uninstalled/deleted all data, then reinstalled back up to 4.1.3 and did a restore from tape. then I tried the upgrade to 4.1.4 again and it worked fine. The MDS problem after the restore was due to the SQL user account being unlinked for the mdss databases. I removed and re-added the admin user account and MDS was fine as well.
