Default BES 4.1.2 installation

Hi
iam installing BES. can anyone help me what type of setup to install on client machine and what type of setup to use on server machine.
we have database sqlserver 2000 Sp3. do we need to install sp3a as it was given in installation guide(pdf).

SQL SP4 will work fine also ... you should note Microsoft's lack of support for SQL 2000 less than SP4 ... SQL Server 2000 SP3a Support is Ending

now we've got to get RIM to update the install guides to purge SP3a and replace it with SP4 ... workin on it!

First we need RIM to write some decent documentation full stop! The only people worse at documentation than RIM are Microsoft!!!

MUST ... HAVE ... MORE ... DETAILS ... I feel like most everything is an outline ... give me the details; I WANT THOSE REGISTRY SWITCHES AND HACKS/MODS

either that or a 3rd part BlackBerry book with all those listed ... hmn, anyone wanna write a book?
