I did a search on shared calendar and found one thread, but no answers so I figured I'd try my luck

Here's the scenario:
I have two users that pretty much share the same contacts and calendars (user A is a vp and user B works very close with him). User B needs user A's contacts and calendars on his blackberry (if it all possible merged with his personal info).

I'm running exchange 5.5 with BES 4.0.1.14 (I think that's the latest) with Outlook 2000.

Any idea how I would go about doing this?

In Notes, we can share the same contacts, but we haven't been able to share the same calender.

From my conversations with RIM support, it is possible, but not encouraged. If I understood him correctly, you can only do this via the Desktop Manager software and you will lose the ability to sync them wirelessly. You have to add the second contacts folder to the contacts folder sync properties in the Desktop Manager settings. Same for the calendar. I haven't tried it since the solution was not what we were looking for.
