Im new to the BES Admin. world, our users cant forward email from one Blackberry to another. Is this an ITPolicy issue? We are running BES 3.6.
Is there a good place to take an Admin. class? Thanks.

What are they trying to forward? Can they not forward other E-Mails?

I think you should check your email address's in the user profiles... as well, to back that up, check the email address listed in the users properties on the BES server.
