Default HELP! MDS Service not working

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys

I have recently installed BES for Exchange 4.1.4 and MDS so I can use Blackberry Browser and local bandwidth for internet, rather than from my carrier. When I launch Blackberry Manager and click the MDS section in the left pane, the "SSL Certification" box appears, telling me I need to install a certificate. I press OK, however no certificate appears and the MDS Apache tomcat service automatically stops.

I have tried using the command >jks-generate.bat <KEYSTORE_PASSWORD> <FQDN> for my server.key file to contain the FQDN but I get the error:

keytool error: Keystore was tampered with, or password was

I know the password is correct, I only use one password.

Any help on how to get this god d*mn certificate installed would be greatly appreciated, its starting to drive me crazy!

The MDSS has a URL next to it in the BlackBerry Manager ending with :7080.

Browse to that URL with IE and install the certificate.

You shouldn't get prompted for the certificate next time you launch BB manager but you may get prompted for the password.

Just hit cancel and all should be OK.
