Default Empty 'Deleted Items' or Permantly Delete?

Please Login to Remove!

This seems to be the opposite of what most people want to do, but I have a user who is away from a computer a lot of the time. He receives a lot of large emails which he deletes from his Blackberry 8703, but they simply move to his Deleted Items in Outlook and don't actually delete. He can't log into a computer to empty them, so he's running into the 100MB mailbox limit we have on our Exchange servers.

Is there a way for the user to permantly delete the message when deleting from the handheld so that it does not go into his Deleted Items in Outlook? We are using BES 4.1.

Thanks!

Default

Well, I just discovered the answer myself. Now why couldn't I find this before I posted?

Anyway, in case someone else has the same question, I found you can go to Message > Options > Email Reconciliation, then select "Purge Deleted Items" with the scrollwheel.
