7290 Will not open attachments

Thumbs down 7290 Will not open attachments

Please Login to Remove!
All my others are opening attachments just fine. Only have one that will not. Gets a red X and says "Couldn't receive more". Please help.

Maybe they have to restart the Attachment Service on the BES?

Been there, done that. All other BB's are able to open attachments no problem.

Simple, wipe and reload. Do you have BES 4.0? Makes it even easier. If not do a advanced backup of the most important db's on the bb then reload. Shouldn't take more than 30 mins.

If you send the same attachment to another blackberry and to the 7290 does the other blackberry open it fine? Is there an attachemnt incompatability issue?

Yes the other 7290's opened it fine. Turns out I had to reload the service books. Thanks for the help!
