The ability to synchronize the mobile number field has been removed in the newer versions of the Intellisync GroupWise translator.
If you are using an older version of the GroupWise Client, you could possibly downgrade your Desktop Manager (3.5?3.6?) and get the Mobile Numbers to sync fine.
If you are using GroupWise 6.5, you will require Desktop Manager 4 SP1, and therefore will not be able to synchronize your mobile numbers.
