Lightbulb Calendar issues

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All.

I am administering a BES and have come up with a calendar issue.

All my users are working okay except for two. Their calendars are not synchronising with their outlook. Both users have PA's who have access to their calendars, but I don't see this as a problem as I have other users with similar setups and they work.

I have wiped the devices and reloaded with no sucess.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes on the last questions.

The system is operating wirelessly so the Desktop manager should not take affect.
I am managing them directly from the BES.

Do you know if the Desktop manager overides the BES?
