Default Exchange 2007 CDO.DLL

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, for those of you on 2007 could you tell me if you have a cdo.dll on your exchange server? I know it sounds strange but we do not. With 2003 we had to make sure the cdo.dll on BES matched the cdo.dll on Exchange. From what I understand Exchange 2007 server does not have the cdo.dll and is not required?

Thanks, hdawg. It is clear to me that I need to install that on the BES server, what I am unclear on is if it should also be installed on the Exchange server? I can't seem to find in the install guides anything that tells me to do that.

Hi, could someone verify the correct location of the cdo.dll file on BES when running the 1.2.1 mapi client?

I found version 6.5.7638.2 in c:\support\Eschange\SP@\E3SP2ENG\setup\i386\exchan ge\bin and version 6.5.7888.0 in c:\WINDOWS\system32.
