Hi,

My boss just came in this morning and told me he did not receive any e-mail on his blackberry since end of Yesterday. As soon as he logged into his PC and opened outlook -he started to receive 20 some e-mails.

Any thought on what could have happened. Any logs or specific error I can look for?

Does the blackberry have any specific settings that could cause this?

Are you using BES or BlackBerry Redirector?

this would make sense if its redirector.
